1. Return Policy for Live Plants

Due to the sensitive nature of live plants, we are unable to accept returns on them. We take great care in packaging to ensure your plant arrives at your doorstep in the best possible condition. Please understand that transit stress may cause your plant to appear slightly dull upon arrival, but with proper care, it will quickly regain its health. Simply provide adequate sunlight and water, and it should thrive.

2. Return Policy for Non-Plant Products

For non-plant items, we offer a 7-day return window for unused and unopened products. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll initiate the return or exchange process.

3. Dissatisfaction with Your Product

If you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference. Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning products to us.
